This role focuses on designing usercentred content experiences that balance clarity compliance and brand expression across digital channels.

Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support a financial services client through a rebranding initiative and the creation of a structured scalable content ecosystem. This role focuses on designing usercentred content experiences that balance clarity compliance and brand expression across digital channels.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design clear usercentred content experiences across financial services journeys (e.g. onboarding education product discovery servicing)
- Define and apply content structures content models and information architecture in collaboration with UX and design teams
- Partner closely with Traditional and Simplified Chinese and English language copywriters translators and sentiment analysts to ensure content works cohesively across languages
- Translate complex financial concepts and regulatory requirements into intuitive accessible content experiences
- Create content flows wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate how content supports user needs and business goals
- Establish and maintain content patterns guidelines and standards aligned with brand tone voice and compliance expectations
- Review and refine existing content to improve clarity consistency and usability
- Collaborate with product legal compliance and stakeholder teams throughout the design process
- Support structured content delivery within CMS and largescale content libraries
- Ensure content consistency across platforms channels and touchpoints
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in content design UX writing content strategy or related disciplines preferably within financial services or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of usercentred design principles content design methodologies and information architecture
- Experience designing content for complex products services or systems
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risksensitive content environments
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers copywriters analysts and crossfunctional teams
- Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) language is a strong advantage
- Ability to present content decisions clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating content design thinking problemsolving and impact on user experience
