JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Food Science in the College of Agricultural Sciences is seeking an applicant for part-time job of adjunct instructor for the upcoming Penn State Chocolate Short Course being held at University Park on June 22-26 2026.
Job duties for the short course to include:
- prepare demonstration samples for use in the chocolate short course from bean to bar
- prepare and deliver lectures on aspects of cocoa and chocolate processing
- deliver practicals and demonstrations of cocoa and chocolate processing from bean to bar in the pilot plant
