About the role

The Senior Advisor Community Engagement provides leadership and expert guidance to deliver consistent high quality community engagement across the organisation. It supports projects using best practice engagement approaches and builds capability across the organisation. A strong focus is placed on capturing and reflecting community input in decision making to achieve meaningful outcomes for the community.

About you

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience delivering community engagement and applying best practice approaches across a range of projects. They will be confident working with a variety of stakeholders and comfortable supporting teams to plan and deliver effective engagement. Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and present community feedback are key to achieving positive outcomes.
