Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Lyreco SG Wellness and Welfare Offerings plays a critical role in advancing the companys Wellness and Welfare portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities fostering key customer relationships and leading strategic growth initiatives. The BDM will be responsible for meeting customer needs overseeing project management optimizing process efficiencies and achieving revenue targets specific to Wellness and Welfare Offerings. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive innovative approach to enhancing product offerings and elevating the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry Management and WCM Offerings

  • Curate tailored pantry menus designed to align with customers budgets and preferences ensuring a personalized approach that drives both new business opportunities and growth in existing accounts.

  • Foster innovative solutions to enhance workplace convenience creating value-added offerings that meet customer needs and elevate the overall experience.

Events Management

  • Collaborate with suppliers to create comprehensive proposals deliver engaging presentations and oversee the seamless implementation of onsite events.

  • Drive initiatives to develop exclusive Lyreco event packages ensuring differentiation in the marketplace.

  • Manage end-to-end event execution maintaining high standards of quality while building strong long-lasting relationships with customers

Develop Market Expansion Strategies:

  • Formulate and execute targeted business development strategies to grow Lyrecos Wellness and Welfare portfolio increasing customer base and capturing greater market share within the sector.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers and partners in Wellness and Welfare acting as the primary point of contact for top customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Drive the sales process end-to-end from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiations and deal closure. Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline assessments to meet and exceed sales targets.

Project Leadership

  • Lead wellness and welfare-focused projects collaborating with other departments: Marketing Team Replenishment Team Operations and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee the development and execution of project plans timelines and performance metrics.

Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and offerings. Regularly report on sales progress key metrics and customer feedback to inform strategic adjustments and product improvements.

Data-Driven Strategy

  • Leverage sales and customer data to uncover insights support decision-making and refine customer engagement strategies. Create standardised presentations and documentation to support consistent data-backed internal meetings and communications.

Process Improvement

  • Implement process enhancements in lead qualification customer onboarding and project execution to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.


Qualifications

Skills

  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in the wellness and welfare space.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of wellness offerings.

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
