What you do
Under general supervision oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and plans monthly technician routes. Analyzes team performance and recommends changes to ensure profitability safety and client satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals. Ensures safety compliance.
How will you do it
- Develop training curriculum for customers and internal team members and deliver engaging courses to support learning and performance.
- Supervise and provide leadership for assigned teams. Ensure developmental plans are in place.
- Lead the execution efforts of assigned business. Ensure consistency of delivery systems. Monitor and supervise business plans.
- Coordinate the teams work with sales to ensure all sales opportunities are supported including linkage to installation opportunities.
- Raise potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate branch or regional resource for strategic direction.
- Ensure serviced account portfolios achieve growth maintain proper profit levels and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Recommend and support staffing requirements for the assigned business.
- Serve as a communication channel to share standard process strategies and results enabling the SSNA vision.
- Implement plans to ensure compliance and monitor standards for HVAC operations. Audit the effectiveness of operations and make changes to improve performance.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Drive service and installation operational review meetings reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.
- Effectively manage workforce deployment and overall resource allocation.
- Analyze operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement other managerial responsibilities including performance reviews and acquisitions consistent with established business strategy.
- Recruit hire and retain operational staff. Prepare and deliver clear performance expectations performance reviews and development plans for direct reports in partnership with the appropriate matrix functional manager. Ensure consistent coaching including monthly one-on-ones as well as operational and financial reviews.
- Work with team leaders to ensure appropriate workforce levels and skillsets for successful and profitable execution of the business.
- Perform other duties related to customer satisfaction execution of key initiatives and development and maintenance of business plans and service account management.
What we look for
Required
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.
- Three (3) years of experience in management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others.
- Johnson Controls Metasys experience
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in engineering or business or equivalent working experience.
- Eight (8) years experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities
- Six Sigma Green Belt
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $41- $56(Hourly rate to be determined by the education experienceknowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with marketdata.)
