Design Director

The Role

Were looking for a Design Director to lead and elevate the visual output across all client work. This role is equal parts maker and leadersomeone who can craft exceptional design while guiding a team to do the same.

Youll shape creative direction push the quality of work and translate strategy into compelling beautifully executed ideas.

What Youll Do

• Lead design across brand campaign and digital projects from concept to execution
• Define and uphold a high standard of visual craft and creative excellence
• Translate strategic insights into strong ownable visual ideas and systems
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategy and Account teams
• Provide clear direction and mentorship to designers
• Refine and elevate work through hands-on involvement and feedback
• Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Champion design thinking and innovation within the agency

What You Bring

• 610 years of experience in design with agency experience preferred
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems campaigns and digital work
• Exceptional craft across typography layout and visual storytelling
• Strong conceptual thinking and taste level
• Confidence in presenting and articulating design decisions
• Experience leading or mentoring designers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping tools a plus)

Nice to Have

• Motion 3D or interactive experience
• Experience building brands from the ground up
• Interest in culture trends and emerging creative tools

Theanticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110000 to $155000. Individual compensation within this range is determinedbased on job-related factors such as experience skills level of responsibility internal equity and business needs. This rangerepresents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of Mints total rewards program.
