Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a proactive recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planning.
- Achieve MTS Manpower Annual Plan with collaboration of department heads and develop scalable talent acquisition plans.
- Manage coach and develop a team of TA professionals across all levels.
- Set clear objectives provide continuous feedback and promote a collaborative and learning-driven team culture.
- Foster cross-team coordination to ensure alignment in hiring processes and timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring activities with direct involvement in senior-level and critical technical hires.
- Ensure best practices in sourcing interviewing evaluation offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Implement best practices and ensure inclusive hiring procedures.
- Ensure maximum utilization of the ATS talent mapping tools and digital hiring platforms.
- Lead ATS customizations integrations and data integrity initiatives.
- Own and evolve MTSs employer branding strategy on platforms like LinkedIn Wuzzuf
- Lead internship partnerships and ensure robust pipelines for future talent.
- Plan and represent MTS in employment fairs and tech communities.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with 2 years in a managerial/lead role.
- Proven experience in large-scale technical hiring (e.g. software engineering DevOps IT infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and system workflows (ATS reporting tools etc.).
- Excellent communication negotiation stakeholder management and leadership skills.
