Job Summary

Implement role-based training curriculums to accelerate new hire onboarding.
Utilize competency-based assessments to ensure staff are audit-ready before release.
Maintain a digital dashboard with color-coded alerts for upcoming SOP revisions.
Schedule dedicated Training Windows to complete updates before SOP effective dates.
Monitor floor operations to ensure strict adherence to cGMP and safety protocols.
Enforce Right First Time documentation practices during active production shifts.
Lead immediate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when production deviations occur.
Collaborate with Quality teams to close out CAPAs and Change Controls promptly.
Streamline line clearance and reconciliation processes to minimize downtime.
Bridge the gap between technical SOP requirements and practical floor execution.
