What Youll Do:
As an Autism Practitioner youll:

• Build positive relationships with supported people and their families.
• Develop and deliver personalised support plans.
• Promote independence active citizenship and community inclusion.
• Support daily living activities from household tasks to personal care.
• Be a part of someones journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations.

Shifts include evenings weekends and split shifts to so flexibility is essential. Full UK driving license desirable.
