Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Up to 28000 per annum Full-Time All Year Round
Our clients nursery has invested in something genuinely special - a standout outdoor space specifically designed to give children the freedom to explore discover and learn in the most natural way possible.
Combined with excellent indoor facilities and a warm homely atmosphere where safety and happiness come first this is a setting that practitioners and children alike love being part of. They are now looking for a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A warm nurturing approach with a genuine passion for child development
- Someone who embraces outdoor learning and appreciates a well-designed outdoor environment
- Reliable enthusiastic and a strong team player
- Salary offered is reflective of qualification level - Level 3 candidates will be offered accordingly

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Making full use of the nurserys specially designed outdoor space to enrich childrens daily learning experiences
- Planning and implementing engaging age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Observing and documenting childrens development sharing progress meaningfully with families
- Building secure nurturing relationships with children families and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nurserys warm homely culture
