How you will create an impact

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for reviewing the claims process ensuring that the claims lifecycle is efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This expertise will be critical in developing projects that allow the Claim process to achieve high-quality customer. high expertise in methodology of Lean-Agile for process improvement is also required.

  • Review business processes and company policies to help improve workflow.

  • Work with managers to review workflows and departmental tasks based on company needs.

  • Collaborate with Claims teams to help find ways to create efficient processes that will generate value for our services.

  • Deliver a monthly management report on projects analyzing deadlines financial gains and quality.

  • Create methodologies for calculating project savings Oversee the claims process from initiation to resolution ensuring timely and accurate claim handling.

  • Develop and implement claims management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

What youll need to succeed

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Information Technology Business Administration or related fields.

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager Production Manager or in a similar role.

  • Solid experience with Lean Six Sigma

  • In-depth knowledge of process improvement organizational efficiency and quality control.

  • Experience in budgeting forecasting and investment analysis.

  • Familiarity with tools for process management and mapping project management workflow automation and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management logistics and productivity.

  • Ability to motivate develop and manage operational teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees suppliers and senior management.

  • Willing to overcoming challenges managing crises and making decisions under pressure.
