THE TEAM

The mission of the Internal Communications Department is to unite our people through engaging informative educational and inspirational communications that enables them to thrive.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Internal Communications team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering dynamic internal communications and engagement strategies to drive the enrollment of our internal initiatives and programs with our people. You will play a pivotal role in supporting with managing our internal communications platforms as well as delivering content against business program engagement and change based communications. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager Internal Communications you will lead the team to:

• Establish an integrated internal communications strategy that engages informs educates and inspires our people across all internal audiences

• Connect our people to our leaderships vision business objectives and results

• Effectively inform on and encourage participation with regular programs

• Promote engagement by recognizing wins and uniting our team around company perks

• Clearly and empathically communicate change to foster resilience and flexibility

• Ensure the delivery of Internal Communications reflects and supports the business objectives while embodying Everyday Luxury to our internal audiences

• Support the function of world-class people communications to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager Internal Communications has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills applicable certifications education and/or experience in communications

• A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles

• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes

• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

• A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000 - $300000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
