Site Superintendent

What Youll Do:

As a Site Superintendent youll oversee daily site operations from project start-up through closeout while working closely with Project Managers clients consultants subcontractors and field teams.

Youll be trusted to:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors site crews schedules and daily workflow
• Maintain project quality safety and productivity standards
• Review project drawings specifications and schedules to ensure work is executed correctly
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards
• Coordinate material deliveries equipment and site logistics
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress risks and site updates
• Build strong working relationships with clients consultants and trade partners
• Lead project closeout activities including deficiencies and final site turnover

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction site supervision
• Senior superintendent experience is preferred; however intermediate candidates with strong leadership potential will also be considered
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and construction reporting tools
• Experience with Procore is considered an asset
• Must be based in or near the Greater Moncton region and willing to travel throughout the Maritimes as require
