The Work
TheOfficeAssistantprovides administrative support to all departments withinMortgage Serviceswhilemaintainingthe office environment by fulfilling bankingstockinginventory and various tasks set out.
Core Responsibilities!
- Daily the incumbent willbe responsible forall the general filing/scanning fortheMortgage Servicesdepartments(15%).
- Daily the incumbent willdistributeincomingmailbetweendepartments(25%).
- Daily the incumbent willpick up cheques every morning from TDbankfor HELOC and bring the daily bankingto TDforthe departmentonatimelymanner(few times a day).The incumbent mustensure all chequesthatare logged areaccounted forand distribute them accordingly(35%).
- On a monthly basis the incumbent willassisteachdepartmentwith any special projects (file copying preparing letters for clients internal movesstuffing envelopes for departments) and any otherjob assigned by management(25%).

- This is an entry level position.
- The ideal candidate mustpossessahigh school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Knowledgeof Word and Excel arerequired.
- Ability to workunder pressure and multi-task.
- Highly organized with business maturity discretionenthusiasmand a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions.
