Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Support on Training Delivery Management
- Coordinate with suppliers for training preparation
- Reserve setup classrooms according to the training schedule
- Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of training
- Deal with SAP operations before and after training
- Support minimum 5 classroom training session per month
2. Support on Training Overall Operation
- Draft monthly training promotion email
- Prepare training reports or related data per as requested
- Prepare training bond according to company principle
- Manage training vendor pool
- Continuous improvement on training related policies and process
3. Support on Training Plan Management
- Design & develop new training solutions according business needs
- Collect analysis and consolidate training needs
- Create yearly training plans
4. Support on Team Activities
- Support on team activity meeting organization such as designing booking coordinating internally and externally etc.
- Support to consolidation of team budget and ensure monitoring
- Support on office management including but not limited to manage team stationery inventory and ensure adequate daily use
- Support to organize and maintain team public folder
- Interface with GP for team purchasing activities
- Provide administrative support or other work assigned by the manager as needed;
(This role requires travel between Beijing and Tianjin and the primary work location may transition from Beijing to Tianjin at any point during the contract period.)
QUALIFICATION
- EDUCATION: with bachelor degree in related or human resources major.
- EXPERIENCE: 3 year experience in training domain.
- CERTIFICATION:
- LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
- KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: budget management data analysis SAP operation
- ABILITIES: communication & collaborationproblem-solvinglearning & adaptability
- DRIVER / VALUES: collaboration ownershipcustomer-oriente
