Job Summary

PURPOSE:
We are seeking a motivated IT Co-op/Intern currently enrolled in a relevant academic program to join our team. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. No prior work experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn problem-solve and contribute.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide basic technical support to employees (hardware software and network-related issues)
- Assist with setting up and configuring computers user accounts and equipment
- Support IT team with system maintenance updates and troubleshooting
- Help document processes procedures and solutions for common issues
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain data accuracy and assist with system audits as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems Microsoft Office and general IT concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative
- Exposure to networking hardware troubleshooting or scripting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems or help desk tools
