More about the role:

Responsible for gathering interpreting and applying requirements as IT Business Analyst you will play a key part in helping the Nursing Program achieve the Foundations mission as we take our care to all cancers.

This role provides the vital link between our IT and Nursing Program teams. Youll work closely with stakeholders to enhance core business functions improve processes and outline data-driven insights to help deliver our nursing program strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role mean we are looking for applicants who can:

• Identify opportunities solve business challenges and delivering impactful solutions
• Develop functionality and capabilities across Salesforce platforms data analytics and integration within the Nursing Program
• Analyse and translate business processes into meaningful insights from a broad range of datasets to enhance product performance
• Investigate problems analyse options and provide recommendations for the Nursing Program and IT teams
• Model analyse and optimise business processes that are often repeated ongoing or predictable
• Contribute to the development facilitation coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure consistency and adoption in the Nursing Program

What you bring to the role:

Our ideal candidate has 4 years experience in business analysis and process improvement is a clear communicator with strong technical report writing skills and experience working with projects.

Also key to success is:

• A strong background inrequirements gathering project scoping and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to produce clear high-quality documentation (eg. business and functional requirements user stories)
• Experience inprocess mappingworkflow optimisation anddata modelling
• A collaborative mindset and a logical analytical approach to problem-solving
• Confidence in guiding stakeholders through change and innovation
