Job Summary
The operations specialist is responsible for interpreting analyzing and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the FINPRO team
- Policy Issuance
- Endorsement Issuance
- Vendor invoicing
- Quality Assurance
- Rating/Quoting support
- Policy file documentation
- File Set Ups
- User Acceptance Testing
- File Audits
- Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolutions
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent proficiency with MS Excel & ability to apply it
- Organized & methodical approach to tasks
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Collaborative teammate with positive attitude
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Microsoft Excel Required
Microsoft Word Required
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
