Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

An appropriate 3-year B-Degree in Financial Management at NQF level 7 (equivalent or higher); A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience.

Competencies

Knowledge of the following: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) National Treasury Regulations and Provincial Treasury Instructions; Public Service Act 1994 as amended; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; Relevant systems (Basic Accounting System and Logistical Information System).Skills needed: Written and verbal communication; Proven computer literacy; Numeracy and literacy; Project management; Accounting finance and audit.
