Job Summary
As a Performance Content Creator (Paid & Performance Advertising) you are responsible for developing and producing high-impact paid content across video and AI-driven formats. You own the full creative process from ideation to execution and optimization leveraging both traditional production methods and modern generative AI tools.
Your focus is on creating conversion-driven content for platforms such as Meta TikTok and YouTube combining storytelling performance thinking and scalable production approaches.
You understand how creative decisions directly impact performance metrics and continuously iterate based on data and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Creative Strategy
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts scripts and content angles for paid social and video advertising
- Translate campaign goals audiences and KPIs into scalable creative approaches
- Build and test creative hypotheses with a strong focus on iteration and learning
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and content variation
Content Production (Video & AI)
- Produce content using a mix of:
- Traditional video production (shooting directing editing)
- AI-based content creation (e.g. generative video & statics with our own internal tool landscape or common GenAI tools.
- Create ad-native content optimized for mobile-first consumption and fast attention capture
- Develop modular assets and variations at scale always mindful of automated production options.
- Decide independently on the most efficient production method (shoot vs. generate vs. hybrid)
Post-Production & Scaling
- Edit and assemble high-performing creatives using tools such as Premiere Pro After Effects or AI editing tools
- Leverage AI for:
- localization and adaptation
- asset generation and automation
- rapid iteration (hooks cuts versions)
- Continuously improve creatives based on performance data
- Ensure platform-specific optimization (formats durations safe zones)
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze performance data (CTR conversion rates watch time etc.)
- Iterate creatives based on insights and testing results
- Collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to scale winning concepts
- Contribute to building structured testing frameworks and creative learnings
The employment contract is a fixed-term contract of two years
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience in content creation video production or performance marketing
- Strong portfolio of performance-driven content (ads UGC social-first creatives)
- Experience in ideally both areas:
- Hands-on video production (filming editing storytelling)
- AI content creation (e.g. generative video image voice automation tools)
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta TikTok YouTube)
- Solid grasp of performance metrics (CTR watch-through rate conversions)
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve
- Common AI tools (e.g. Runway Pika Midjourney ElevenLabs etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-output environment
- Structured solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
