What youll be doing
As a Director Business Application Management on the Regulatory Risk Initiatives team youll play a key leadership role in supporting and advancing our Risk Management applications including Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (eGRC) Credit Exposure Application System (CEAS) Integrated Credit Analysis Program (iCap) CAFAT and Risk Rating Engine (RRE). Youll oversee strategic projects and manage resources to deliver impactful solutions aligned with our business vision. Leveraging your expertise in Large Corporate and Commercial credit processes youll provide critical subject matter guidance to a team of business analysts ensuring our applications are robust and meet industry best practices. Your ability to look at process from end to end combined with your experience with Enterprise Data Framework (EDF) will help you identify and implement opportunities for improvement. You excel at adapting your communication style to effectively engage audiences at all organizational levels from working groups to executives. Your approach promotes alignment fosters a collaborative culture and supports continuous improvement enabling you to drive innovation within your areas of responsibility.

How youll succeed
Team Leadership and Development Manage and mentor cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional growth.
Lead Strategic Projects Oversee the planning execution and delivery of regulatory risk initiatives focused on Large Corporate and Commercial credit processes.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise Offer guidance on credit process management and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
Develop and Support Teams Manage and mentor cross-functional teams promoting collaboration and professional growth while efficiently allocating resources.
Drive Process Improvement Analyze and optimize credit and risk management processes leveraging automation AI tools and regulatory frameworks such as the Enterprise Data Framework (EDF).
Who you are
You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in Large Corporate and Commercial credit processes with a strong understanding of risk and regulatory requirements.
You have a degree in business or equivalent combination of education ad experience.
