Document Services Specialist
San Diego CA 92123 (onsite)
3 Months Contract
Mon -Fri 8am - 2:30pm (30 hours a week)
Qualifications :
Associate is responsible for supporting daily print mail scanning shipping and document production operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role operates high-volume copiers and scanners processes incoming and outgoing mail performs binding and finishing work maintains equipment and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy scanning and mail processing equipment.
- Perform binding finishing filing and document handling tasks.
- Process and distribute mail packages faxes and office supplies.
- Maintain copier functionality and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Track service logs inventory and billing information.
- Deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
- Support shipping/receiving and general office operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with print production mail services or office operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Strong customer service communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
