Caneland Central is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Team Member to join our Centre Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers youll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for shoppers retailers contractors and visitors alike.

About the Role

This is a casual position offering approximately 23 shifts per week. Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays weekends and holiday periods is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Member your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional front-line customer service to shoppers and retailers
• Acting as a key point of contact between customers retailers and Centre Management
• Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting contractors and service providers within the centre
• Helping maintain a welcoming safe and professional environment

About You

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service retail or administrative experience
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
