LEAD WORKPLACE SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (FMD)

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading reliability engineering for global workplace and identity services defining SLIs/SLOs for endpoint performance authentication reliability and application delivery
- Designing and operating resilient identity and access architectures ensuring seamless access and 99.9% availability for foundational platforms including Active Directory Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise IAM solutions
- Owning Digital Employee Experience (DEX) observability defining endpoint telemetry monitoring and alerting strategies to proactively identify and resolve device network or application issues before they generate helpdesk tickets
- Driving an automation-first mindset eliminating manual toil through zero-touch device provisioning (e.g. Intune/Autopilot) automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes and self-service capabilities using scripting (PowerShell Microsoft Graph API etc.)
- Building and improving release reliability for endpoints implementing safe automated rollout patterns (deployment rings pilot groups) for OS updates security patches and core application packaging
- Engineering and testing Disaster Recovery maintaining business continuity capabilities for core identity systems and vital workplace services continuously enhancing RTO/RPO targets
- Embedding Zero Trust security by design implementing Conditional Access managing endpoint security (Defender/EDR/XDR) enforcing least privilege and supporting regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001 NIS2 Directive)
- Leading technical direction for the digital workplace mentoring engineers driving incident postmortems and collaborating tightly with Security and Service Desk teams to continuously improve the operational practice and end-user experience
Qualifications :
- Not less than 3 years of experience in managing enterprise desktop technologies endpoint management and identity platforms in complex large-scale environments
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Workplace ecosystem (Intune Autopilot SCCM M365) and Identity & Access Management (Active Directory Entra ID SSO MFA)
- Experience using endpoint telemetry/observability tools (e.g. Intune Advanced Analytics) and strong scripting skills (PowerShell Python or similar) for process automation
- Practical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture endpoint hardening (CIS/NIST benchmarks) and experience working under cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIS2 Directive or similar
- Ability to analyze systemic endpoint or identity incidents perform root cause analysis and implement automated remediations
- Experience contributing to technical documentation architecture design and defining device standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers support teams and stakeholders in Agile SRE or DevOps environments
