We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing the way fans spend their money the events that fans attend the channels fans respond to the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally including the English Premier League Red Bull UEFA VISA the NFLNikeand Amazon. We are over 1000 people based out of 15 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Two Circles have been UEFAs exclusive sales agency for UEFA Womens Football (UWF) commercial partners since 2017 including marketing rights media rights and partnership management for UEFA Womens EURO (WEURO) UEFA Womens Champions League (UWCL) youthcompetitionsandWomens Futsal EURO.

Working as an extension of the UWFTeam the Two Circles PartnershipOperationsManager willproject manage and lead the delivery of partnerscontractualcommercial rights in relation to all UWF competitions covering aportfolio of global brands which includes PepsiCo Amazon Partnership Operations Manageris responsible forthe end-to-end operational delivery of commercial partner rights across competitions. This role ensures that all partner entitlements are executed accurately consistently and in compliance with governing guidelines whilemaintainingstrong coordination with internal teams external agencies and competition stakeholders.

The role will involve occasional European travel.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Ticketing & Hospitality Operations

  • Manage ticket allocations across competitions ensuringaccuratedistribution aligned with partner entitlements
  • Oversee ticketing processes including requests approvals and reconciliations
  • Ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders for matchday access

2. Matchday Operations & LED Delivery

  • Lead matchday LED advertising approvals and execution
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure correct content delivery

3. Brand & Asset Approval Management

  • Approve partner logo usage across all channels ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Oversee implementation across:
  • Physical inventory(stadiums signage backdrops)
  • Digital inventory(broadcast graphics websites)
  • Maintain consistency and protect brand integrity across all touchpoints

4. Accreditation & Access Management

  • Manage accreditation processes for partner staff and guests
  • Ensuretimelysubmission tracking and distribution
  • Oversee system access provisioning for partners and agencies

5. Operational Planning & Workflow Management

  • Develop and manage operational calendars and timelines
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across multiple stakeholders
  • Implement andmaintainstructured approval workflows

6. Stakeholder & Rights Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison with operational teams for rights deliverylogistics
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Support cross-functional alignment on partnership activations

7. Workshops & Events Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of several partner workshops & partner events held throughout the course of the season
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners overseeing eventlogistics including staffing guest management and on-site delivery
  • Monitor and control budgets ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability


Requirements

We are looking forsomeonewho will bring:

  • Strong experience in partnership operations sponsorship delivery or sports/event management
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fastpaced process drivenenvironment
  • Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and solutions focused mindset
  • Experience working with ticketing systems accreditation platforms or content approval workflows is a plus
  • An interest in building lasting relationships with clientssponsorsand stakeholders a people person
  • Fluent written and spoken English
