Description

As Talent ManagementManager you will be responsible for supporting enterprise talent program execution data accuracy and process enablement to attract develop and retain talented individuals.

Job Description

Essential responsibilities

  • Support the execution of core Talent Management processes across the annual cycle ensuring consistency quality and alignment to Vertivs highperformance culture
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of key talent and critical roles through accurate talent data and readiness views to support pipeline and succession conversations
  • Coordinate and support succession planning activities including preparation of talent materials readiness tracking and coverage and followup on development actions
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support needs assessments and translate requirements into standardized enterprise-aligned talent programs tools and resources
  • Enable leaders and HRBPs through clear guidance tools and process support to strengthen ownership of talent development and pipeline health
  • Participate in talent pipeline program governance forums by supporting data preparation documentation reporting and effectiveness tracking
  • Contribute to global Talent Management initiatives and projects supporting standardization continuous improvement system enablement and adoption

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Administration Human Resources Industrial Relations or Industrial /Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in human resources as HR client support or talent developmentroles
  • Fluency in English
