Talent Management Manager
Job Summary
As Talent ManagementManager you will be responsible for supporting enterprise talent program execution data accuracy and process enablement to attract develop and retain talented individuals.
Job Description
Essential responsibilities
- Support the execution of core Talent Management processes across the annual cycle ensuring consistency quality and alignment to Vertivs highperformance culture
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of key talent and critical roles through accurate talent data and readiness views to support pipeline and succession conversations
- Coordinate and support succession planning activities including preparation of talent materials readiness tracking and coverage and followup on development actions
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support needs assessments and translate requirements into standardized enterprise-aligned talent programs tools and resources
- Enable leaders and HRBPs through clear guidance tools and process support to strengthen ownership of talent development and pipeline health
- Participate in talent pipeline program governance forums by supporting data preparation documentation reporting and effectiveness tracking
- Contribute to global Talent Management initiatives and projects supporting standardization continuous improvement system enablement and adoption
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Administration Human Resources Industrial Relations or Industrial /Organizational Psychology
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in human resources as HR client support or talent developmentroles
- Fluency in English
