Working Student E-Commerce Operations (mwd) – Campaigns & Content

About your tasks: 

• Support the coordination and tracking of commercial initiatives and campaigns helping keep timelines action items and stakeholders aligned.
• Create and manage tickets document requirements clearly and maintain accurate system statuses to support smooth day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate content and asset inputs by collecting materials managing versions aligning approvals and carrying out pre-launch quality checks.
• Maintain and further improve selected consumer-facing content areas such as Online Magazines with a focus on structure clarity and completeness.
• Conduct regular content checks and support light performance monitoring to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a better customer journey.

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a university program ideally in Business Administration Economics Business & Management or a comparable field.
• You work in a structured and reliable way and are able to organize prioritize and document tasks clearly.
• You bring a hands-on and proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership in day-to-day execution.
• You are confident in communicating with different stakeholders and enjoy working cross-functionally.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office and common collaboration tools; first experience with Jira Asana or similar tools is a plus.
• You are interested in e-commerce conversion and Rx B2C/B2B models and ideally have first exposure to digital product or content workflows from brief to execution QA and go-live.
• You are fluent in German and English.
