• Develop implement and oversee security protocols and procedures to ensure the overall safety and protection of employees visitors and organizational property
• Conduct regular and systematic security patrols inspections and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and security risks
• Investigate and thoroughly document any security incidents policy violations accidents complaints criminal activity and crisis situations with accuracy and transparency
• Analyze security data and incidents to identify patterns trends and areas for improvement in security operations
• Manage and coordinate security personnel providing clear direction training and support to ensure consistent adherence to security standards
• Respond promptly and decisively to security emergencies and crisis situations implementing appropriate containment and resolution measures
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all security incidents investigations and corrective actions taken
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address security concerns and implement preventive measures
• Monitor and manage security systems access controls and surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality

Qualifications :

• Proven relevant security experience in a corporate or organizational setting
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide security personnel

• Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in security systems access control technology and surveillance equipment
