• $34.34 $36.48 per hour

In this role youll:

• Deliver high-quality developmentally-basededucational programs that foster a safe and engaging environment for childrenof all abilities.
• Implement and evaluate programs incompliance with legal regulatory and ethical standards while fosteringpositive relationships with children.
• Communicate program goals andactivities to parents and maintain confidential child developmentalrecords.
• Collaborate effectively with teammembers and report operational changes to the Room Leader/Centre Manager asneeded.
• Enhance professional skills throughtraining and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and policies whilecontributing to the cleanliness and overall quality of the Centre.

To be successful:

• Completion of a Certificate III(minimum) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or actively working towardsone of those qualifications with a commitment to completion.
• Knowledge of the issues and needsthat affect young children and their families.
• Knowledge of the National QualityFramework and VEYLD.
• Organisational skills and the abilityto prioritise work.
• Good oral and written communicationskills.
• Victorian Employee Working withChildren Check.
• Class C Drivers Licence.
