WHAT YOU WILL DO

We areseekinga highly skilledLead Data & Analytics Engineer with 10 years of experience to support web and data-driven applications across Global Medical Data and Analytics team.

This role is suited for professionals with Technical Lead experience and partner with business on requirements develop Prototype proof of concepts designanddevelopintegration and data pipelinesanalytics solutions andengagewithvalidationengineers productownerarchitectsand the members ofthe developmentteam.

The ideal candidate will have innovative mindset and experience in software development using python Databricks React js frameworks data analysis and familiarity of Agile practices along with a strong willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities like leading proof of concepts with advanced technology and AI.

This rolewillbepart of Medical Data Analytics and Insights Global Product Team and primarily focus on delivering Analytics and Strategic Insights capabilities across Global Medical businessorganization.

Key Responsibilities:

• As aLead Data & Analytics Engineer leadthe designaiddevelopment and deployment of advanced dataintegrationsolutions for Global Medical teams enabling actionable insights across diverse business capabilities.

• Colaborate closely with business partners to understand requirements and gaps and Designintegratedsolutions Quick POCs adhoc data analysisusing analyticalsummarizeddimensionaldata models and datasets

• AidDevelopment platform team with design development of backend infrastructure and integrated viewsusingAWSDatabricksnotebooks with Pythonsql

• Drive innovation in dataanalyticsby introducing advanced techniques ( analytics dynamic storytelling) to highlight trends and opportunities.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering data science and business teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in data and analytics incorporating innovative solutions into the teams workflows.

• Advocate for the adoption ofcutting-edgetools and methodologies

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

• Track sprint progress identify risks and remove blockers.

• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.

• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum practices including facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

• Working knowledge of data platforms
  (e.g. Databricks or similar monitoring and basic troubleshooting) is a plus.

• Willingness to learn new tools technologies and take on additional responsibilities

Nice to Have:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Data Science Computer Science Analytics Business Administration ora relatedfield.

• 7 years of experience indata analytics or business intelligence preferably within the pharmaceutical life sciences or healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated experience in managing global data projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP and experience in integrating data visualization solutions with cloud-based architectures.

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.

• Familiarity with test management or defect tracking tools.
