AsAccountExecutivethe successfulcandidatewill rapidly develop their knowledge of paid advertising acrossallthe key social channelsfrom activation through to willalso learn how towork as part of a team thatplan&deliver award-winning work in a busy agency environmentthathastraining development at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of a busy Paid Social teamthe role is varied with several areas of focus. Account Executives will be given all the necessary training to help develop the skillsrequiredto fulfil theirresponsibilities. These include:

Campaign Management

  • End-to-end set up of paid social campaigns across all the relevant social platforms.
  • Undertaking regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns are set up to defined best practice standards.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and pacing to ensure activity delivers as and optimising campaignsin order toimproveperformanceas necessary.
  • Working to produce detailed &accurateweekly/monthly campaign performance reports often in Microsoft Excel.
  • Writing performance commentary that delivers valuable insight and recommendations to clients.
  • Assistingwith more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting quarterly/annual reviews and on standalone projects.

Client& PartnerManagement

  • Working closely with your line-manager & the wider team(including theGlobalHubteam)to support the delivery of high-quality work for clients.
  • Working with partners and attending regular platform trainingsessionsto further developyourpaid social skillset.

Operational Excellence

  • Responsible for managing your workload and for communicatingclearly andin a timely mannerwith internal and external stakeholders asrequiredacross email chatvideoand in-person.
  • Attend regular internal meetings and training sessionsin order toactively contribute to a collaborative and friendly paid social community.
  • Responsible for following the mandatory agency finance with line-manager and to ensure processes are followed allowing for prompt payment/invoicing and to minimise finance queries.

Skills and Experience


The Account Executive positionisaimed at someone passionate about starting a career in digital marketing are looking foracandidatewith the following attributes:

  • Display aneagerness to should be diligent and attentive to detail able to listen learn new skills and put these into practice quickly.
  • Able todisplay in interest in how digital advertising/marketing works(especiallyonsocial mediachannels)and ahavedesire tofurtheryour knowledgein this area.
  • Computer literate withagoodbase ofskillsacross theMicrosoft Officesuite of programmes(including Excel).
  • Beingpart of a busy agency environmentweregularly workwithlarge amountsofdata soa confidence with numbers isalsoa must.
  • Teamwork is keytothisroleand we are looking for someone who iscollaborative friendlyand with a can-do attitude.
