PM Domain Analyst

Peraton Labs is seeking a program management professional to support the Senior PM Domain Analyst in defining requirements and validating analytical outputs for program management capabilities within an advanced analytical platform. This role focuses on risk management and schedule analysis domains ensuring that automated assessments align with established program management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements for risk analysis features: risk register management risk scoring Monte Carlo simulation parameters and risk cascade modeling
• Develop schedule analysis requirements: critical path analysis schedule risk assessment float analysis and schedule health indicators
• Create test datasets and validation scenarios for PM analytical features
• Review and validate automated program health assessments against domain expertise
• Document program management workflows and decision processes to inform analytical workflow design
• Support user acceptance testing with program office stakeholders
• Maintain a library of reference materials standards and best practices for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree 3 years with a Masters degree or a PhD in Engineering Business or related field
• Hands-on experience in defense program management scheduling or risk management
• Strong understanding of IMS development and maintenance critical path methodology and schedule risk analysis
• Experience with risk management processes and tools
• Familiarity with EVM concepts and cost performance reporting
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and program managers
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project Primavera P6 or similar)
• PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulation tools (Polaris Primavera Risk Analysis)
• Familiarity with data formats (XML JSON CSV) and basic SQL
