About the role
This role is about more than writing.Youlltake ownership of how commercial customers are guided through our digital channels when buying insurance.
Youllwork handson with content shaping endtoend buying journeys and improving them continuously based on insightsdataand experimentation.In a crossfunctional squadyoullcollaborate with designersdevelopersand other specialists to shape digital experiences that are clear easy to navigate and valuable for both customers and the business.
Youllalso be part of our Content & Communications chapter where people with similarexpertisesupport each other shareknowledgeand develop content and communication skills across the Nordics.
This role suits someone who enjoys breaking down complex topics taking responsibility for thecustomerperspectiveand improving experiences together with others.
Whatyoullwork on
Develop andmanagewebsite content across the Nordics witha primaryfocus on Sweden
Take ownership of content in commercial customer journeys from understanding customer needs to improving conversion and clarity
Improve structure clarity tone of voice and usabilityacross pages and flows
Work handson with SEO and content discoverabilityto ensure the right content is easy to find
Use insights data and testing tocontinuouslyimprove contentperformanceand customer experience

Experience in content management digital contentcopywritingor editorial work
