• Design develop and maintain ETL workflows.
• Optimize data processing and performance.
• Support and monitor batch jobs and schedules.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional bilingual teams.

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of IT experience including data engineering and cloud solutions.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) strong verbal and written communication.

• Ab Initio ETL Development.
• Hive Big Data PySpark.
• SQL / Oracle.
• Unix / Linux & Shell Scripting.
• Job scheduling: ControlM / Control Centre / Autosys.

• Experience working in largescale enterprise or regulated environments.
• Exposure to data warehousing and reporting solutions.
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex requirements.
• Flexible to work during CDT/EDT time zones and meet for hand-over activities to India team if needed.
• Self-motivated proactive and a strong team player.
