Roles and Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
  o Detail Electrical design process for power transformers and support internal team for customer requirement summary Clerance chart.
  o Understanding magnetic fields flux permeability and losses (hysteresis and eddy current).
  o Support team for Design and optimize internal electrical connections and layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency and safety of power transformers.
  o Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO IEC IEEE and other relevant guidelines in transformer design and manufacturing processes.
  o Conduct and contribute to DFMEA assessments to identify potential design risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  o Work closely with engineering teams production units and external stakeholders to refine and improve transformer designs.
  o Maintain thorough design documentation including specifications test reports and compliance records.
  Required Qualifications
  Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering.
  Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical design specifically in power transformer design or related areas.

  o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
  o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex designs and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  o Strong attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of transformer design and development.
  o Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to propose new solutions and improvements to existing transformer designs.
  Technical Expertise:
  o In-depth understanding of power transformer electrical design internal connections and layouts.
  o Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO IEC IEEE etc.).
  o Experience with DFMEA and other risk management techniques in electrical design.
  o Familiarity with international & national EHS norms.
  Tools Proficiency:
  o Proficiency in relevant electrical design tools and softwares.
  o 2D AutoCAD simulation.
  o Working knowledge of MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint for documentation analysis and presentations.
  Language Skill:
  Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
