Sr Community Manager Stumble Guys!

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Community Manager to support and evolve our global Stumble Guys team in Barcelona on aHybrid basis!

This role is at the heart of how we connect with our players. You will own and evolve our community strategy with a strong focus on Discord and Reddit while expanding our presence across YouTube Twitch and emerging will combine strategy with hands-on executionactively engaging with players shaping conversations and delivering high-impact activations that support our seasonal content and LiveOps roadmap.

This is a highly cross-functional and data-driven role where you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build a vibrant engaged and loyal global community.

What Youll Do

• Own and scale the community strategy for Stumble Guys driving measurable growth and engagement across Discord Reddit and emerging platforms
• Lead the seasonal community calendar delivering high-impact activations aligned with LiveOps and key game beats
• Create and execute engagement-driving initiatives (events challenges UGC creator collaborations) that increase participation and community loyalty
• Actively engage with players on a daily basis building authentic relationships and fostering a vibrant positive community environment
• Elevate the quality of conversations through strong moderation and community standards ensuring a safe and welcoming space
• Manage and collaborate with external partners and agencies ensuring best-in-class execution and consistent community voice
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Product LiveOps and Creative to deliver integrated player-first campaigns
• Define track and report on community performance metrics translating data into clear actions and measurable impact
• Proactively identify and launch innovative high-impact initiatives including cross-collaborations with creators brands and internal teams
• Stay ahead of community gaming and platform trends continuously evolving the strategy to keep Stumble Guys culturally relevant

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience in community management social media or related roles (gaming or entertainment preferred)
• Proven experience managing Discord and Reddit communities at scale
• Strong understanding of YouTube Twitch and creator ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience working with external partners or agencies with a focus on execution and delivery
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting
• Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Passion for gaming and building engaging player communities
