Your Role:
As a caregiver you will provide exceptional service to our clients helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Providing medication reminders and assistance
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Documenting and reporting client progress
Additional Requirement for This Position:
- Spanish-speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with and support the clients needs
Requirements:
- A heartfelt commitment to the senior community
- A compassionate upbeat attitude and a patient demeanor
- Strong commitment to reliability and ethical conduct
- Fluency in Spanish (required for this position)
- Certified in HCA/CNA/NAC
- Compliance with Washington Health Laws & Regulations
- Valid Photo ID and Social Security Card
- Current TB Test results
- Certifications in Food Safety and CPR
- Proof of education or training in caregiving
