PMO Lead
Position Summary:
PMO Lead will be responsible to handle all the end-to-end project management activities co-ordinate with cross-functional teams prepare management reports (MIS) highlight risks proactively overall governance to ensure the project operations are managed smoothly on time and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define prioritize and develop projects.
- Time-booking compliance ownership - Ensure timesheets are accurate complete and comply with company policies and client requirements. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheet submissions. Maintain an organized system for tracking timesheets.
- Financial Management (invoicing track account receivables DSO)
- Accurately documenting the projects creation development and execution as well as documenting the projects scope budget and justification.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines.
- Project governance As-sold Vs actual
- Management reporting
- Demand v Supply Management
- Overall governance at project and account level.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Intermediate to Expert level experience on MS Office (especially excel)
- Financial and Accounting knowhow
- Proven experience in timesheet management and invoicing preferably in a multi-national organization.
- Attention to detail prioritization skill and time management
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Team management
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
