A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a newly opened 4-star luxury boutique hotel in the heart of London.
This exciting new opening features a relaxed all-day dining restaurant focused on seasonal British cuisine alongside a busy events operation. As Breakfast Chef youll take the lead on delivering a high-quality breakfast offering and help set the tone for an exceptional guest experience each morning.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Breakfast Chef
- 15.50 per hour plus circa 4000 per annum service charge
- 40 hour contract with paid overtime
- 6:30am to 3pm shift pattern
- Working in a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef
- Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and care
- Managing the breakfast service and ensuring smooth morning operations
- Working with fresh seasonal ingredients across a refined breakfast menu
- Supporting prep for the wider kitchen operation where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness organisation and food safety
- Bringing a positive and reliable attitude to the kitchen team
As Breakfast Chef youll play an important role within the kitchen team delivering an exceptional breakfast experience for guests each morning.
