Job Description

• Handles the day-to-day priorities of the advancement office including providing front office support and visitor customer service.
• Provide logistical and administrative support including calendar management and support for advancement events which may include meetings events reunions/homecoming networking programs regional gatherings and more.
• Update and maintain records in the CRM/database track event participation and support reporting on engagement metrics.
• Tracks the office budget invoice and vendor payments and timelines.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree
• Less than 1 year
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent administrative and customer service abilities.
• Experience with database software systems/CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to engage effectively with colleagues alumni benefactors students and other constituents in alignment with Jeffersons Mission Vision and Values.
