40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Trainee to join our Central Services team. This is a unique opportunity to earn while you learn gaining hands-on experience in a critical role that directly impacts patient safety and infection prevention.

What Youll Do (Training Included!)
Through paid on-the-job training youll learn how to:
Decontaminate and clean medical instruments
Perform sterilization processes
Assemble and package surgical instruments
Manage storage and distribution of supplies and equipment
Youll also gain exposure to:
Infection prevention protocols
Quality and safety standards
The full sterile processing lifecycle

Position Details
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday
Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Will work alternative schedule during training for 3-4 months 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: La Crosse WI
Pay: $16.20/hour
What Youll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete a sterile processing cohort or training program within 6 months of hire
Strong attention to detail and reliability
