Summary:

The Peel Manager provides operational and clinical leadership across services delivered through the Peel Health Hub (PHH) and Nidjalla Waangan Mia (NWM).

The role supports Program Managers and clinical leaders to ensure high-quality integrated and person-centred service delivery aligned with Osecas values funding requirements and accreditation standards.

The role is responsible for overseeing governance continuous improvement stakeholder engagement program development and reporting while fostering a collaborative environment that supports whole-person care across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to PHH and NWM Program Managers Site Managers and Clinicians with primary support to the Clinical Care Coordination program
  • Ensure that delivery of Osecas PHH and NWM services reflects high standards of clinical governance consistent with the Organisations Clinical Governance Framework.
  • Represent the Organisation at relevant health forums and activities health within the region.
  • Chair the Organisations Clinical Liaison meetings
  • Develop and contribute to CQI activities for the delivery of PHH services and associated accreditations.
  • Support the Program Managers to prepare claiming (ie MBS) evaluation and reportingrequirements of the PHH and NWM programs
  • Meet with funders as required/ requested in relation to current and future programs
  • Work with SLT to identify and develop new business opportunities for the Organisation in the Peel region
  • Liaise with stakeholders and develop strong collaborative relationships
  • Work with the SLT to improve integration of all Osecas Peel and NWM programs and promote these to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake system planning processes protocols and referral pathways between service providers in the Peel region.
  • Contribute to data collection and program/activity evaluation processes.

Essential Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Registered Nurse qualification(essential)
  • Full registration with AHPRA
  • Mental Health sector experience (essential)
  • Senior leadership experience (essential)
  • Minimum 5 years experiencein aMentalHealth&/orIndigenousHealth roles

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance
  • Approved Working with Children Check WA
  • Pre-Employment Health Assessment
  • Current Registration with AHPRA or AASW (Social Workers)
