As a Security Officer Lobby Reception in Liberty Lake WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location you will be the welcoming first point of contact helping to monitor access assist visitors and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies visitor management procedures and Allied Universal protocols for a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity verify identification and/or credentials as required and document visitor employee and vendor access according to post procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones provide directions and support front desk operations while observing and reporting suspicious unusual and/or unauthorized activity.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities incidents deliveries and access-related events in accordance with site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 1 or more years of security-related experience.
• Must be available to work varying shifts including holidays nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to accommodate last minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
