Paradies Lagardère is looking for dependable energetic Overnight Sales Associates who thrive during late-night hours and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly in one of the busiest airports in the country.

This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy overnight schedules fast-paced retail customer interaction and a team environment that values reliability and hustle.

At DFW Airport no two nights are the same. Our Overnight Sales Associates help create a clean organized and welcoming experience for travelers around the clock.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and energy
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance throughout the shift
• Assist with inventory tasks receiving shipments and product organization
• Help maintain a clean safe and fully operational store environment
• Follow cash-handling and loss prevention procedures
• Support overnight operations and problem-solve in real time

• Night owls who prefer overnight or late-night schedules
• Self-motivated individuals who work well independently and with a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume airport retail environment
• Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Retail customer service warehouse stocking or overnight experience preferred
• Ability to pass required background and airport clearance requirements

What Were Looking For:

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume 7/365 retail environment

• Dependable adaptable and self-motivated

• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet

• Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
