About the Role

This Head of Department role reports to the Executive Office youll lead a multidisciplinary portfolio focused on growth engagement brand strength and strategic opportunity across the organisation.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading marketing and communications strategies that elevate brand awareness and engagement
  • Driving fundraising and philanthropy initiatives that diversify and grow revenue
  • Identifying and delivering new business and growth opportunities
  • Building strategic partnerships and expanding organisational reach
  • Using market insights and data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Leading and inspiring a high-performing team focused on delivery and results

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically while confidently rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

What You Bring

Were looking for a driven and adaptable leader who combines commercial thinking with purpose and impact.

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience across growth marketing fundraising business development or related fields
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic capability
  • A track record of turning strategy into execution and results
  • Experience building partnerships revenue streams and organisational growth
  • A collaborative leadership style that inspires accountability and performance
  • A practical solutions-focused and hands-on approach

Experience within disability health community services or the NFP sector is highly regarded though not essential.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing communications business or a related field
  • National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current WA Drivers Licence
