About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Technical Engineer who can combine deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing communication skills.

In this role youll act as the technical bridge between our solutions and prospective clients helping businesses understand how modern technology can support their operational and engineering goals.

This is not a traditional sales role. You wont be focused purely on prospecting or account management. Instead youll work closely with the sales team to guide technical conversations support solution discovery and help clients evaluate the right approach for their needs.

Were looking for someone with a strong engineering background who also understands the commercial side of technology and feels comfortable supporting the sales process from a technical perspective.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead technical discovery meetings to understand customer environments workflows and business challenges.

• Deliver compelling product demos and proof-of-concept setups tailored to the prospects codebase and architecture.

• Support the sales process by answering technical questions related to integrations security compliance and architectural intelligence.

• Work closely with internal technical and business teams to design solution proposals.

• Create technical documentation solution briefs and supporting materials for customer discussions.

• Assist with RFP/RFI responses by providing accurate technical information.

• Act as the voice of the customer back to the product and engineering teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 1020 years of experience in software engineering solutions architecture infrastructure or related technical fields.

• Solid understanding of modern software development environments system architecture and enterprise technology ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar).

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
