Job Summary
Our client is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a thriving 1116 mixed secondary school in Taunton. The successful Science Teacher will be expected to teach General Science across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to specialise in Biology Chemistry or Physics depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent position starting April 2026.
The Science department is well-resourced collaborative and led by an approachable and supportive Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Science Teacher to join a school that values high standards of teaching strong behaviour for learning and professional development. Experience and Qualifications
Science Teacher with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE)
Specialism in Biology Chemistry or Physics desirable but not essential
