As a 360 service provider they apply for funding and handle the tendering and organization of construction companies. They also subsequently manage the leasing to the network operators.

Tasks

• Independent management of projects in subsidized broadband expansion from planning to acceptance
• Coordination of communication between all project participants (including civil engineering companies planning offices cities/municipalities)
• Monitoring and control of project goals with regard to time budget quality and compliance with funding requirements
• Ensuring and overseeing the tendering process and awarding of planning and construction services
• Regular reporting to internal stakeholders and management
• Ensuring compliance with all funding conditions
• Support in the strategic development of expansion projects and processes

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering industrial engineering a comparable degree or completed vocational training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the field of network civil engineering or broadband expansion
• Experience in project management / project leadership and sound professional experience in the execution and control of projects including supplier management
• Experience with planning and tendering procedures
• Ideally initial knowledge of how to use grant funding
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner as well as strong communication expressiveness and assertiveness skills
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office products
• Proficient German language skills both spoken and written
