Job Summary
Job Title: Application Architect (Remote)
Duration: 06 Months
Location: Baton Rouge LA
Job Description:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Develop the overall application architecture including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams including guidance on design and development best practices.
- Ensure alignment of application systems with client overall technology strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders project managers and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
- Data Management Systems
- Workflow and process automation
- Security best practices including auditing
- Application architecture and design
- Technical Leadership
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Prior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments.
