Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Expert in implementing and support Cisco SDA (DNA Center ISE integration fabric onboarding) and Cisco ACI (policy model contracts EPGs fabric troubleshooting).
Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including:
Security policies NAT routing
VPN (IPSec site-to-site remote access)
Panorama management and threat prevention profiles
Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco Aruba or equivalent) including RF optimization roaming and high-density deployments.
Design configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs including third-party interoperability.
Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS DHCP IPAM) including grid management failover and automation integration.
Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application LAN WAN DC and security domains.
Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)
Required Technical Skills:
Cisco SDA: DNA Center ISE integration fabric edge/control nodes policy troubleshooting
Cisco ACI: APIC EPGs contracts fabric health L2/L3 connectivity
Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS Panorama security policies IPSec VPN NAT
Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design RF analysis troubleshooting
VPN: IPSec site-to-site remote access multi-vendor environments
Infoblox: DNS DHCP IPAM Grid Master HA
Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP BGP OSPF VLANs QoS multicast
